telepathy is an imagined attribute whereby one can read someone elses thoughts, or project their thoughts to another person using no external method of propogation.

No succesful, double blind, scientific tests have shown telepathy to work.

most reports of telepathy can easily be put down to fraud or coincidence and conformation bias

You think of someone and they phone one minute later. This happens to me so often it can't be coincidence. In fact it happens almost every day. It must be possible to tune into someone else at a distance.

I planned to sack someone after many months of tolerating poor performance, intending to call and give the news at 2pm. At 1.30pm she phoned resigning. Then I failed to find a member of staff for a particular area and just as I went out of the door to start recruiting, someone phoned applying for that job. They didn't even know the job existed. This sort of event also happens repeatedly.

These examples are from my working life as that dominates. Somehow the person involved picks up on your mental processes. I know not how. I just accept it as it makes life easier for them and for me.

In personal terms I have spoken about an specific and unusual event from 15 years previously to one person, forming a strong visual picture in my mind and immediately heard from a friend mentioning that exact moment. Possibly this holds the key.

Could it be that telepathy might be images that transfer visually in some way rather than words? To some it happens often and to others only occasionally. Maybe not a paranormal phenomenon but due to a high degree of sensitivity or intuition.

A religious friend calls these events Godincidences by the way. Who knows?

Actually its not strictly true that no evidence has been collected, what is true is that no absolutely concrete evidence has been collected. Twins have been tested for telepathic like abilities with pretty convincing results.. just not convincing enough.

Sometimes telepathy is just a rare anomoly.. like how someone was making a joke about something yesterday and both me and a girl sitting opposite me (who happened to be looking each other in the eye) said Spongebob at the same time. The joke was completely unrelated to anything Spongebob like. It was pretty spooky actually.

I have the gift of Mental telepathy given to me by the Lord. I am daily talking to my wife who lives in UK and I live in India. The connection is such that the telephone can not match it in clarity and volume

It is the imagined, or in the case of stage magicians, faked, ability to communicate from mind to mind.

Many people claim to have this ability, despite the lack of underpinning process. It has never, ever been demonstrated under critical examination.
