I think I've heard it is somehow related to graphology, but what does it really mean?

graphology? to me it means that there are two people with similar handwriting. it happens.

It can mean they are similar in personality but you really need to know what specifics to look at. There can be a heap of small variables that mean differ ant things.

they might resemble.. but you can also observe their behavior when writing it, i mean their hand position or their loops.... its not only with the similarity of appearance but the intensity of each letter or line... these all represents a lot of characteristics...
