Now that I'm a mature person, who drives alot better than the teenager me, If I did get pulled over I would make eye contact and ask him how he's doing... you know appeal on an emotional level, it works for me in other areas.
But as a teen driver (and I think I was ticket Queen) it was all about the cleavage, and maybe 1 out of 10 pull overs resulted in a ticket. But back then those were really cops, now days I'd want to see some ID, could be a scam.

Actually if it is in the town I live in, I call them by name because they are all friends of mine (even the Sheriff) and they usually just pull me over to give me a rough time and ask me how I am doing. They don't give me tickets in this town, because I don't to anything to warrant one.
