Of course they will. In fact they'll probably blame the Tories whether they are in government or not. Labour is all about lies and manipulation of the media. God forbid they ever actually manage to tell the truth about anything!

I just want to know how many Labour cronies have ties to the construction companies and how much they're getting.

Yes of course they will, and our media will tell the story and the Tory denials but that doesn't make it true.

Politics is a game, like many other stories that come from Parliament it is just something that causes you to take your eye off the important things.

I find it hard to understand why politicians don't grasp the idea that we, the voters, think they're a bunch of lying self serving gits who don't care about the people they are meant to represent.

Anyone know of a country that speaks English whose government isn't corrupt that is worth living in?

If the Tories get elected then probably. Then again, the Tories have blamed Labour for the Dome so it's all part of the big game of politics.

I'm sure they will try......But do you really think it will be only 4 times over budget?? That's the estimate now!! and it's only 2006!....I think given the track record of public building in this country it'll probably be between 10 and 15 times higher than budget......But the big question is 'Will it be ready in time'?!?!!

Of course they will.

In this respect, politicians are the same as journalists, "Never let the facts get in the way of a good story"
