Any woman can be sexy, no matter what her "dimensions" may be. It depends on how she dresses and carries herself, and the attitude she displays.
There is a woman at work who is very, very pregnant. She does not dress in baggy maternity clothes, but wears very fitted and stretch tops and skirts. She stands tall, happy and proud and does not try to hide her belly - she shows it off!
Now, I'm not turned on to her, but I definitely think she is sexy.

Nothing in life is more beautiful than the female form. Nothing in life is more radiant than a woman with child. Apples and oranges, my man... Apples and oranges. Oh, they can still be sexy, but... In your terms, I'd say, it's not pure sex appeal. It's more like eye candy, but only to the appreciative eye.
