Turkey and chicken have similar flavors, so no I don't think anyone would notice if you didn't tell them--especially since eating a turkey on Thanksgiving is all in your mindset.

If you want chicken for Thanksgiving, that's fine, but, call it chicken. You cant pass it off as turkey. Sorry

All depends in who is coming for dinner! Your dog would not know the difference but if you are a good cook you can make it taste even better than a turkey. Well, not if your eaters are vegetarian....

It tastes different and the meat in a chicken is much lighter in color.

But why would you want to? Just tell them it's chicken if you want to serve chicken!
