I travel to the Philippines and want some good TV and better sports, like hockey. I have a TV tuner in my pc at home, (Canada) and want to watch it in the Philippines over the internet. I can have some one at my house change channels for me. What software do I need and how do I set it up at the recieve end. Thanks to whom ever can help me with this.

You can use one of two products that I know of:

1) www.orb.com -- it will allow you to stream any Windows Media Center content, including your TV channels (but it requires you to be running Windows media center.

2) Slingbox -- it connects to your cable system and streams it directly to the internet -- http://www.slingmedia.com/indexb.php

I have used both and they are both fantastic. Slingbox does not require a Windows media center pc, so it might be the way to go for you.

Enjoy
