You can get a really good brush from The Body Shop it is especially for applying foundation, I cannot remember the name but if you go onto the website you will be able to see it. I have seen it in action it is really good!

Your fingers are always best - whilst a lot of people recommend sponges - these are quite dirty to be using in the sense that even if you wash them regularly - there is still a build up of dirt and bacteria on them and every time you apply make up with them you are spreading this and adding to it!
Fingers are also easier to apply it with because the make up doesnt get absorbed by them and they are just that bit easier to blend in with! xx

Use the palm of your hand and fingertips, this way the foundation is distributed evenly useing a spong or brush wont give you that smoothness

Your fingers are best as the heat from your hands help to smooth the foundation better.

Liquid foundation spreads well when you use your fingers. but if you are sensitive about that you cau use a make-up sponge that are found in most cosmetic shops

I use my fingertips first and soft a sea sponge to blend. i find this so much easier than using a sponge applicator beacause i think its a waste of foundation coz moat sponges absorb too much foundation

A slightly wet makeup sponge works great. The makeup looks smoother and the skin feels hydrated.
