Those news shows crack me up when they tell you how to not over eat on the holidays! I just about never overeat...ever! Except, ofcourse, on Thanksgiving! You gonna wear sweats?

If I eat a sliver of each I will be overeating. Mama makes waaay too much. I'm her accomplice though, I'll help make some of it.
The funny thing was a local radio station had a dietitian on telling how TO eat too much.
Drink lots of water Wednesday to stretch the stomach.
Go for the good stuff, don't take a little of everything.
Start on the alcohol right away to remove inhibitions about being a pig.
I won't take this advice because I'm trying to lose weight.

I will overeat. I have my familys house then I have my boyfriends familys house. So that is soooo much food. Plus it's the only day that I don't have to watch what I eat.
