That's sad, and I've heard similar stories. In Vegas, they've shot and killed a young boy while he was handcuffed, and also shot and killed a man that was throwing rocks at the officer. He was elderly and mentally disabled. It's hard to trust them!

that is terrible,I know she had to be scared. What is the world coming to? That is tragic. just think it can happen to anyone.
