u shuld teach yourself
its all about acting your character the way you want him to be
u cant be taught to act
or else it ruins your compashion for hte part

Acting cannot be learned from a website. You must go to acting school if you want to be an actor. Acting is interactive. You have to prepare scenes with out students in the class. One must participate in acting classes.

If you want to act for fun the best was to learn is to do. If you are under 21 most regional theatres have a Youth Theatre - this is by far the best way to learn as you will taught by theatre professionals rather than by amateurs. If you are looking to act as a career then this will cost you money I'm afraid. You need to attend a nationally accredited theatre school (NCDT) usually at degree or post grad level and you will need to audition to get in.

i thought its impossible to learn acting online, but what do you know. I think it tells you what you need to prepare yourself with etc etc.
but i think mirror is your best teacher, and observing people, and watch lots of movie and see how the good actors act, then go observe people and see if they do those things in real life. making audience believe you are who you act is the key is my opinion, for instant, you will need to know how a regular 16 year old would act when he/she is around older people, amongst friends, when they are alone etc etc, if you are playing a regular 16 yrs old, as oppose to a rebelious 16 years old... etc.

If you are serious about acting you should sign up for a class.
