I'm trying to find info on phd programs (political science, history, international studies especially) at USF (university of south florida) but I'll be damed if I can figure out their VERY complex website....
please help... just need some links to their phd programs...thanks!

I didn't have any problems finding the information (see the link below).
The main reason you had trouble finding PhD program information in those fields is that USF doesn't offer a PhD in those fields.
