1st of all I assume noone got hurt. If there is somone injured take care of that first!!!
Moving on from that.... Call the police, you'll have to do that via 911 to get an officer to your residence to take a report and to see the damage. The insurance company will want the police report for their investigation.
After done with the police officer call your insurance and start the claim process. I hope you have good collision coverage because it sounds like a hit and run meaning your insurance will be picking up the tab for your car repairs (minus your deductible.)

You should see if there is any oil leaking from your car, any sign of fire, explosion, etc. SAFETY STANDS THE PRIORITY OF ALL!
First, make a police report. I wish the one who did the crash did not run away. Some people do not make the police report because they think it is inconveinent, but almost %98 of people regret they did not; the police report will be the turning point of any dispute or insurance claims in future.
Second, call your insurance company. They will send a man to assess your damage.
Third. check out your belongings.

Call your local police department via the non-emergency number it should be in the front of your phone book. File a report with them. Then turn it over to your insurance company.

Call your insurance agent, that is what you pay for. They will come out right away and do scratch test etc.. Sometimes they can find the hit and run. plus it makes it very clear that it was parked and not your fault. CALL now. It happened to me once and they actually caught the person.

was this a hit and run? if so, obtain as much info as you can, note that time that it was hit, find witnesses to obtain their information. take photos if you can, call the police to report this and then call your insurance company to file a claim.
if the person who hit your car is still there, find out if they are ok, obtain their information and details of what happened. take photos of the damage including their car as well, then report to your ins. co.
