Go check out the major job boards.

I like a feature Monster used to have where it would ask you the questions in a random order.

Here are some of the "standards":
What is your greatest strenght/weakness?
Why are you interested in working for XYZ corp?
What experiences are most relevant to this postion?
Where would you like to be in 5 years?
