Carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen make up sucrose. Fat CAN contain nitrogen, phosphorus, etc, but normally, a triacyl glyceride (fat) is composed of only carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Amino acids contain carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen. Two amino acids also contain sulfur (cysteine and methionine).

sucrose is a disaccharide made by glucose + fructose (C12H22O11)
A fat molecule contain 3 fatty acid molecules (nonpolar hydrocarbon chain and a polar carboxyl group -COOH) that are joined to a glycerol molecule (an alcohol with 3 hydroxyl groups -OH).
An amino acid contains NH2, -COOH groups, an alpha carbon, and a hydorgen and R side chain attached to the alpha carbon.
