Yeah jealousy... A.K.A. the green eyed monster...one tough human emotion, gets the best of many!
I believe that this emotion is mastered when you have true inner peace, when you are happy with yourself.
For me, it helps that I'm not materialistic, so I never get jealous of other peoples possessions. However there is the occasional, but if only I had Beyonce's looks, or whoever, but that moment quickly subsides when I think about all that I am grateful for.

The only thing you can do to overcome jealousy is to pray for that person ,that may Allah give him more.Whenever something good happens to anyone ,think as if he deserved it ..and more importantly try to make your self competitive and try to overcome jealousy by converting it into a positive competetion in which even if you loose you should feel proud that u competed and was beaten by a better opponent(The opponent may not be bettter, but then u never know who is better in the eye of God). Therefore always be happy and content with the will of God as Allah has mentioned in Quraan that He examines people by giving more to some and less to others.cheers!

Jealousy is usually equated with selfishness and having control over something or someone. My grandmother had two sayings that have helped me.

"Things happen for a reason." and "Don't worry about things you can't control. Only the ones you can -- yourself."

As tough as it might be, it's best to move on. No need to consume yourself over it.

Good luck! =o)

A bit of jealousy is a good thing...it is our early warning system alerting us to take a calm look at the cause. When you feel this take a good long deep breath and ask yourself this question...Is what I am seeing or being told reasonable? Calmly proceed from there.

The only person that suffers is you because when you are jealous it hurts you the most, so why let yourself suffer? It's not easy but try to think about the good things in life. Practice makes perfect.

Yes, i can help you. Why be envious or jealous when your not in control? Just kick back and say **** it. Don't be so trivial and into drama, thats all simple minded nonsense. Understand what you are, just a man, not supposed to be perfect, born into a world of sin and you'll be cool.

Maybe there is a reason you doubt your partner. Do they flirt? I think it is acceptable to tell them it makes you uncomfortable. If they get defensive, maybe this person isn't for you.
I think when the right person comes along, you will never doubt your relationship.

I was in that rut for awhile in my life. It was so distructive. Try really hard to trust your partner. If you do, it makes life so much easier. Just try it..........it really works, and usually you're 99% right.
