Get this,.....
One summer, I was on vacation in Connecticut. The days were warm, nights were cold. Anyway, I had purchased a new pair of dark bluejeans and i wore them before washing them. I never washed new jeans in the past so I figured all was cool.
After I took my jeans off, every pore on my legs was blue. These jeans were dyed and my legs turned blue, particularly on my thighs.
I tried to wash the dye off but it stained my skin and the pores were dark blue. I went and sat in the swimming pool for an hour thinking a good soak would work......notta!
So, the moral of this story is,...YES! wash your jeans first. It takes weeks for the staining to come off your skin if the jeans are dyed and not prewashed!! It saves on any unnecessary embarrassment!!

Usually not even thought on care labels it says to the reason it says to wash jeans before wear is because some jeans have dyes of dark blue and white in them so you they think that is is best if you wash them before wear so that the dyes do not rub off. but the only way they will rub off is if you are like purposefully trying to make the dyes rub of by like constantly rubbing you leg against another fabric but even if you that hardly anything will come off of the jeans. and second of all i don't think you should wash the jeans because it will wear down the fabric so that it will not fit like it should i recommend using something ike downy because when you wash cloths with that the cloths keep there shape so anyways you dont have to wash jeans before you wear them.

I guess most jeans are pre-washed. So you dont have to do that before wearing unless you have not bought a brand new pair.

You don't have to wash them before you wear them. But if they are a dark wash the you might, the color will bleed from the heat of your body. Here is a help full hint with any clothes that have color on there first wash, wash in cold with a full cup of white vinegar, it will set the color.

no you dont have to, but you might want to, washing them takes out some of the blue coloring which will rub off on your lingerie, also it makes them softer as the denim has a lot of sizing in them, a sort of starch, and the last thing is dyes are often set with formaldahyde, and that can irritate your skin if it isnt washed out. i got hives once from a new pair of pants i had not washed. but you dont have to do it. its all a matter of choice.

Yes, it is always better to wash them before you wear them out. 1stly, you're not too sure if any ladies' dirty panties has stained some smell onto it and 2ndly, there may be germs on your jeans, better wash and wear it safely before you're on the go! It is always about personal hygiene. However, if you think it is a hassle, then forget it and wear it like usual. There should not be much of a problem either.

You should wash them if there is a possibility of rain, 'cause if they get wet, the colour may run. Wash them separately from other clothes and wash them inside out so they don't fade as much.

No, season it by wearing a few times first. In fact, you do not need to wash jeans very often.
