When going into my computer, I see there is Removable disk (E:) when clicking on it this is what happens:
Please insert a disk into a drive E:

Please help

Try refreshing the page. Or restarting computer.

Did you connect anything to it? If yes plug in out and try reconnecting again. See what happens.

So, either you have a CD drive that is the E: drive, or else you had a USB drive there previously but did not remove it properly. Remember to use the little icon on the bottom line of the screen, in order to "stop" the USB drive before physically removing it.

it sound like your laptop has lost the motive force for the usb gadget. Goto hardware config. in My laptop and desirable click it then bypass to properties and seleter hardware tab the uninstall you usb instruments and then plub on your usb rigidity it is going to automaticly reinstall the drivers. as some distance simply by fact the noise at start up it ought to be your not ordinary rigidity or your cpu fan. have them the two checked or verify them your self quickly.
