Most of these nurses could not save your dog or cat yet they get accepted to a program that puts people to sleep and thats about it.. I have worked with many nurses who basically have no clue of how to save a life .. What gives?

Well, if you really want my opinion, it isn't just anesthesia....there are stupid nurses and importantly DOCTORS all over the medical field. Scary!

Everybody knows that the people on Yahoo!Answers know exactly why those stupid nurses get accepted to the school that you mentioned...
I understand your frustration, but what do you want us to do/what answers, other than the ones that you have already thought of, do you expect us to give? My mother died, apparently, because the surgeon (a doctor with all the certificates) made a very simple, yet fatal, mistake. Should I ask everybody why was he allowed to become a doctor?

Maybe it's about where you live ... here our nurses are put through very rigorous training - the standards are very high. There is not one person that I've gone to school with that I wouldn't trust as my nurse.

Yes most think they know EVERYTHING . my cousin a LPN she everything , she could surgeons
