i'm using nokia n-gage QD...

There aren't any free general-purpose anti-virus programs for Symbian, sorry. (See below for links to all such anti-virus programs that I know of - but they aren't free.) The most you can find for free is programs for removal of specific viruses only (e.g., for Cabir or for CommWarrior).
