Do you delete your temporary files. If no, then download CCleaner(its free) from http://www.ccleaner.com/ and run it once daily before shutting down your computer. That should fix your computer. :-)

Norton will slow down your PC and its a resource hog.Just in case spysweeper missed something ,you can use these scans.

you have spyware......download spybot its free also adaware the free version run them keep them updated........Do a free trend micro virus scan it taks along time but will find any virus that norton has not caught, you should be fine, good luck, and yes defragment after.
