hey recently i have had a problem my internet will run extremly slow but only when opening a new page when i open a new page it takes about 45 seconds to load it happened once and i reformatted my computer and it was bette rit has been running fine for about 1 week then for no reason it started again tonight i ran norton and no viruses i ran spysweeper and i had some spyware removed it and it is still running slow im on wireless cable modem when goign from site to site it takes maybe 5 seconds but it still takes forever to open a new page what might be causing this and what can i do to fix it? thanks

Do you delete your temporary files. If no, then download CCleaner(its free) from http://www.ccleaner.com/ and run it once daily before shutting down your computer. That should fix your computer. :-)

Norton will slow down your PC and its a resource hog.Just in case spysweeper missed something ,you can use these scans.

you have spyware......download spybot its free also adaware the free version run them keep them updated........Do a free trend micro virus scan it taks along time but will find any virus that norton has not caught, you should be fine, good luck, and yes defragment after.
