sounds like someone needs to grow up!!!
causing your nose to bleed could result in serious damage-especially if you can't get it to stop bleeding after it starts. the nose has thousands of tiny blood vessels in it and if you damage them enough-you could need surgery to stop the bleeding.
a trip to the emergency room would require staff to stick tampon-like packing up your nose to get it to stop bleeding and in severe cases, surgery to burn the blood vessels to help clot them off to stop the bleeding.

Digital trauma (nose picking) to the nose is the most common cause of nasal bleed known as epistaxis digitorum.
So if you want your nose to bleed you could happily pick em. Butttttt, why would you do that as an excuse. Arent there 100 other harmless excuses or 'white lies' ?
Take care bud!

Most nose bleeds are caused by dry irritable mucous membranes. Nosebleeds can also be cause by trauma, which you don' seem to want. So other than pointing a blow dryer up your nose I don't see how you are going to make it happen. Find another excuse.

What if you permanently damaged your nose by trying to get it to bleed? Think about it, its not a good idea.
