I don't know who "kayla j" is, although I assume she must be someone who answered one of your earlier questions.

As for the three points you make, the first is true in that slavery existed in the US from the time of the ratification of the Constitution until the 13th Amendment to that document was ratified in 1865. Of course slavery existed in the Americas from the earliest days of colonization of the New World, but we are talking here about the existence of slavery in the United States, per se.

Your second point is simply is not true. Certainly some union generals owned slaves, but most did not. Only about 3% of the population of the South owned slaves, and the proportion there was higher than anywhere else in the US. If you have information that would refute this (I mean facts, not simply assertions) then you can send it to me at the email address I have given below.

Finally, your third point is also not true. Lincoln's overarching concern was saving the Union; any other considerations were secondary, at best . Here are his own words on the subject: "If I could save the Union without freeing any slaves, I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves, I would do it, and if I could do it by freeing some and leaving others alone, I would also do that" (see link below). This statement completely contradicts your assertion that Lincoln would have "stopped the war" if he thought "slaves would be released as equal to whites." Again, if you have any statement from Lincoln such as you suggest, please send it to me at the address below.

besides the fact that you are also operating on misinformation, your attack on another person shows lack of character on your part.
