The Most Holy Place is a designation used by multiple religious traditions to indicate a physical location which they consider to be the holiest place. These locations include among others a location within the inner Tabernacle of Moses, the Kaaba, the city of Varanasi, India, the Shrine of Bahá'u'lláh, and Harimandir Sahib.

If you're talkng about locations, that is actually going to be a personal response depending on the persons faith, religion and personal beliefs.
As for the holiest place on earth, I believe that it is the place where each individual is in their most inner spirit when they are communing with GOD. There can be no holier place than that!
All those other landmarks and locals have been trampled under foot, but that inner place of communion is set apart for no place but GOD.
