i think the ideal time to have a dinner is at or between 7 pm to 8 pm
but most of them normally have dinner at about 10 pm or after it

Usually about 5 P.M. Eating dinner to close to bed time is very bad for the health. Plus, you can gain lots and lots of weight that way. That, I do not need.

Okay my parents make me eat at 7:00 pm or 6:00 pm depending on daylight savings and football season

When I was a child my father would insist on having dinner at 5:30pm every night. Now we usually eat around 6. Any later and it feels like my stomach is going to fall through my butthole LOL

my widespread dinner is lasagna mmm or chili or steak or ribs and mashed potatoes with u . s . gravy corn on the cob or something and a yummy dessert. yet I easily have already cheated on my weight loss application this week so none of that. I additionally like finished wheat tortilla w/ refried beans, veggie shreds, fat unfastened sourcream and spanish rice w/ black beans and tomatoes & green chilis. this night- I already fixed the toddlers something and that i've got yet to compliment for myself. i will probable have some fruit and yogurt, and soup or i will make some finished wheat pasta.

I work 2nd shift from 3-11and my break is at 7:30 so 7:30 is dinner time for me.

My husband is a truck driver who works nights and has to leave for work a little before 5PM. It's too much trouble to put everything away and reheat it later so the kids and I eat at 5PM.
