Sadly, some problems will only be solved perfectly by God's Messianic Kingdom.

(Psalm 145:14-18) Jehovah is giving support to all who are falling, And is raising up all who are bowed down. ..16 You [Jehovah] are opening your hand And satisfying the desire of every living thing. 17 Jehovah is righteous in all his ways And loyal in all his works. 18 Jehovah is near to all those calling upon him

It's the start of the holiday season, traditionally a "happy" period of the year, yet simultaneously it has a dreaded underbelly known as the most lonely and depressing time of year. Even suicide levels will escalate exponentially between now and New Years Eve. This is because for some people the holiday season causes them to reflect on what they "don't have". This approach of seeing the glass "half empty" can spiral people into depression and loneliness. Instead, be mindful of this and focus on the blessings that you have had throughout the year, being thankful for what you do have, and seeing that the glass is "half full", not half empty. Be thankful for your youth and good health and that you have a whole life yet to live before you. Give yourself hope for the coming year; you just never know what unexpected and pleasant surprises may be in store for you next year, and the great new friends that you will make.

Have you lost interest in things that you used to like to do?
Have your eating habits changed? eating more? eating less?
Have your sleeping habits changed? sleeping more? sleeping less?
Have you thought about death? suicide? not being here anymore?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then you might need to go see a counselor or a therapist. You might be having some depression chracteristics. Look up the DSM-IV criteria for depression. Sometimes if helps to read and know that what we are feeling is real and not just something we are "going through".
