Very few pregnancies are ectopic, that is, implanted outside the uterus, usually in the fallopian tubes. A good many of these are diagnosed before a women even realizes she is pregnant. so chances are, if your practitioner has confirmed your pregnancy through a blood test and a physical exam and you've had no signs of ectopic pregnancy, then you can cross this worry off your list. There are several factors that can make a women more susceptible to ectopic pregnancy, including: A previous ectopic pregnancy, Previous pelvic inflammatory disease caused by a sexually transmitted disease, previous abdominal of fallopian tubes, an IUD and possible multiple induced abortions. If you want to know more like symptoms. let me know by e-mailing me. Good Luck and I hope all is well.

if you think it's ectopic, with the lower back pain going up to the shoulder, had a positive pregnancy test then a negative one and really bad stomach cramps, it's in your best interest to go to the er, if left untreated it can ruin your fallopian tube or cause other damage and you don't need that. and because you are pregnant and if everything is OK this will be just the first time you go to the er or call the doctor cause you aren't sure. better safe than sorry

If you are pregnant and are having pain, you need to get to the ER immediately. If he works far away and its going to take him a long time to get home, call someone else who is closer, or an ambulance. I had an ectopic pregnancy and it is very dangerous. I dont want to scare you, because I dont know what your symptoms are. Mine were terrible pains. I couldnt even stand up straight. I had no idea what was wrong because I didnt even know I was pregnant. Please get help immediately. God bless and if you can please let me know how you are after you get back from the hospital.

Don't go to the hospital ... that is just un called for. Rather call your OB or doctor in the morning, if you don't have one, find one!
