If the entire screen is at 90 degrees, and I can do this with mine, you need to right click the monitor symbol on the taskbar and adjust the orientation... Does anyone know what that feature is for?

Yep, just click and drag. If it doesn't work, right click on the taskbar and make sure that lock the taskbar is unchecked and try again. When you correct the problem, right click the taskbar again and check the lock the taskbar again to avoid the problem in the future.
