If you've only chatted but have never met, it's most likely not love. At best, it's a crush based on a fantasy of who you THINK the other person is. But you can't really know a person just by chatting.

dont believe him completely but i think his feeling for you could be partially genuine .If he feels for you he'll try to see you in real to make the last decision.
Dont get too involved to him ,its the only thing i can say that will hurt you if you later find him the wrong person.

how can u believe some one without meeting him/her, but if ur heart says to do so u may go a head.In my opinion i would never believe such peoples whom i have never met.
