there is a word for people that practise this form of birth control PARENTS, find some other way or do not have sex unless you want a child

I was told by my Dr. that it's 7 through 14 days from the first day of your period.

lol, i agree, wait until you are married. If you just cannot control yourself, use a condom. trying to play your menstrual cycle is like playing Russian Roulette. Not only that, but playing your cycle doesn't protect you from whatever diseases might be lurking around.

You have more possibilities on getting pregnant if you don't use protection. Use protection, or birth control that is always the best way to go.
