I would have to say that the worst thing that happened to my feet is when I was walking barefoot and had to jump down off of a 3 foot retaining wall to get to the path leading to my friend's house. I wasn't looking when I jumped, and my right foot landed directly on 2 quarter inch thick, 3 inch long nails. At first I didn't feel too much, I just thought I landed on a rock. But when I tried to walk away I realized my right foot wouldn't move. So I finally looked down and saw 2 nails sticking out of the top of my foot, one between the 2nd and 3rd bones, and the other between the 3rd and 4th bones. So I managed to pry my foot loose and when I did it looked like a red waterfall. It finally healed up alright, except for some nice indentation scars where the holes were. And did I mention that I could see right through my foot once it quit bleeding?

When I was a kid I jumped into a creek once and the arch of the bottom of my foot slammed down on the blading edge of a large rock that was about 3 feet high. It split my foot wide open, and I had to walk nearly one mile up mountains side, just to get out of the wilderness, for help.
God, it hurt.

Mine is not as bad as all of yours but, When I was about 12 or 13 I slept on the top bunk of my bed. I used a sponge to hold a sewing needle. I forgot I left it on the floor in the sponge, point side in the sponge with thread in it, I jumped down on top of it and the eye of the needle went into my foot. It took plyers to get it out. I didn't tell my mom for about a week and only told her then because it wasn't healing as quick as most of my accidents did. Another time I was walking through a pile of wood and stepped on a piece of wood with a rusty nail sticking out of it. It went throught my shoes and my foot about 1/4 of and inch. I was with a friend who pulled it out for me. Oddly enough that healed quicker then the needle did. I don't suggest not telling your family about such things.

My son and I almost died during labor a few years ago. I lost a lot of blood and the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck. I passed out from loosing a lot of blood. Thank God that we are both healthy and happy now. No one would ever know what we went through that night.

I was in a skate-a-thon when I was young.
I put on skates that was a bit small, I skated for 12 hours.
My toes (big toes) turned black and blue, then black.
My toe nails eventually fell off.
Also was riding on the handle bars on a Bicycle and again my Big Toe got stuck in the spokes. Ouch...
