He would le responsible for bringing down the luggage from the guest room, shifting it to the car or vice - versa. He is supposed to be standing near the enterance of the Hotel, and he is supposed to report directly to the reception

Take luggage up to the guest's rooms and often bring it back down when they check out. Bell hops all do some miscellaneous things like pick up laundry that needs to go to the cleaners, deliver letters or packages to guests, etc.
