It should be:
"If it does not rain tomorrow, I will go to the zoo."

So there is one overall problem in the sentence, but two words are used incorrectly. First, "will not rain" does not fit with the word "if". Next, "would" is the wrong word for describing the action to be taken tomorrow. It could be replaced by "will" or by "might".

The problem is with mixed tenses. Time is indicated with past tense, present tense, and future tense.

The verb "tense" does not agree. Will is future whereas would is more like a possibility.
