Geez,all he had to do was stand up..,its simple,when cops tell you to do something you do it.He brought it all on himself.

wow someone needs a nappy.what does a republican have to do with the idiot not doing what he was told BEFORE he got tazed and they warned him before each time they did it.He couldnt stand up but he could sure say F u couldnt he?I hope he pizzed his pants.

He started shrieking like a schoolgirl when the first officer touched his arm, then went limp and the Tazing began. And yes, he could have been cooperative and avoided the whole thing.
They are CSOs. And campus cops in Florida, ie: FSU, UF have the same arrest powers as any other law enforcement, don't know about UCLA though.

Yes, he could have saved himself from being tased by complying with a lawful order.
They might just be campus security police to some people; but they have a lot of responsibility and the same police powers on campus that police do.

Those are not cops, they are on campus security that over stepped their boundaries entirely.
