-The Mandalay Bay has a shark reef.
-You can take them up to the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris.
-Circus Circus has a great theme park with rides for younger or older kids (The Adventuredome).
-Station Casinos (Santa Fe Station, Boulder Station, Texas Station) have Kids Quest, which is like a huge playplace with tunnels and a ball room and video games. I think kids up to 12 or 13 can go there. It's like a babysitting service, so the parents can go out to a nice meal or gamble while the kids are having fun.
-Lied Children's Discovery Museum has fun and educational hands-on exhibits for kids.
-There's a zoo somewhere in Las Vegas, but I'm not sure where. I don't think it's all that big or great, but it's an option.
-The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace has a few neat things for kids (a huge FAO Schwartz toy store-two stories, a huge fish tank, statues that come to life and tell the story of Greek gods, etc.)
-Bowling (Santa Fe Station, Suncoast, etc.)
-Build-a-Bear workshops, where your kids can build their own bear, monkey, etc. from scratch. The Fashion Show Mall, I believe, has one.
-IMAX 3-D movies at the Luxor. The Luxor also has a large arcade and a King Tut museum.

Excalibur has a some great stuff for kids, the "Fantasy Faire Midway" is wonderful, they treated my little girl like gold there...We had to buy three extra bags to bring home all the stuffed toys she won...They also have the "court jester's stage" it's on the second floor. They put on great little shows for the kids, magic,musicians,,jugglers,puppets, etc...The "Tournament of Kings" show is fun for the whold family..
Circus Circus also has a Carnival Midway and Circus acts along with the Adventuredome...
The White Tigers at Mirage are pretty but the Lion Habitat at MGM is better because they have handlers in with the Lions and they keep the Lions active..You can also hold one of the Lion cubs and have your picture taken with one.
Some of the free spectacles are great fun for kids.
Masquerade show in the Sky-Rio - this one is fun just to watch, kids can also dress in costume and ride along...
The Fountains of Bellagio are fantastic

Sunset Stampede-Sam's Town
Forum Shops Caesars Palace-Disney Store-animatronic shows-etc!

Circus Circus has an Adventure Dome with roller coasters, etc.
The Mirage has the Dolphin Habitat which is great! There's dolphins, they can see the tigers... definitely worth seeing.
Ride the Venetian Gondolas!
The Mirage volcano is also quite nice.

Just need to stay out of the casino areas. But most of the major resorts have things to see.
Circus Circus is the only family themed resort left on the strip.
Resorts off the strip offer bowling and movies.

at the MGM Grand there is a loin habitat u can walk through and its free. at the Bellagio they have a water fountain show every fifteen minutes at night. its free also. the New York New York has a roller coaster. you can go up an eiffel tower at the Paris.

new york new york roller coaster and a huge arcade..the M&M place is fun too....
