Refurbished Ipods? When will they be in stock?!?

I've been trying to buy a refurbished ipod from the apple store and everytime i go there, they are sold out. the tech support person said they just update the site when they get more in. however, if anyone knows when they do it? because im sure that there is a set update time because they wouldn't go to the trouble for one ipod. Please if you have any ideas. thanks!

I have always considered "refurbished" as a polite euphemism for "garage bill". Make sure the equipment is still under full factory warranty.
