name this book! (about a girl with cancer)?

it was a book i read in like, 6 years ago. it was about this girl, and her best friend had cancer, and she ended up dying... on the front cover was a painted picture of these two girls holding hands, it could have been something called "Best Friends" or something like that? not much info, but can anybody help me?

The girls had Leukemia in that, and it's the friend who died.
