Well , its quite difficult. Usually its a combination of pickles, clams, and corn eaten daily. Drinks of pure vanilla extract tea, and black beans (how ironic) are part of the second phaze of nipple whitening.
The 3rd phaze is usually made up of "ringing out" of the nipple(s), which not only results in "whiter" nipples, but longer nipples.
Repeating the 3rd phaze can have some unexpected results if you like to wear heavy vests, such as life vests, or bullet proof vests. So unless you wear light upper body clothing, the 3rd phaze being repeated with obsession is not recomended.
Other more "out dated" versions are nipple thumping (flicking with instruments or devices such as a spoon or dvd), and nipple magnets (which go on both sides of the nipple and cause whitening.).
...If you do not want to go thru the trouble of nipple whitening, and if you have black or olive nipples, may I recomend a white (whiteout) outline aroudn the areola.

I haven't seen the Playboy pictorial you are referring to, but many women have pale areolas. It's just the pigmentation. Genetics.

maybe she got a tan and put stickers to cover up the uv light on her nipples. ive seen worse on some japanese girls their nipples are almost white...i just saw this pix..n/m girl like that cant tan they just burn....umm i dont know why
