remember a movie that used to be shown on disney channel about a magic snowman with icicles on his head, it was live action and it had 3 main kids in it the sister the brother and the brothers femail friend whom he talked to wsith cans and a string connecting their windows, The snowman could make it snow and thats how he made the skeptic brother believe in him.
