I don't know what they're called. I know that it's shaped like a circle, made of rock-like chocolate, and is used to make hot chocolate. Anyways, my cousin says he eats them. Is that bad?

i'd attempt to incorporate extra ideas and style into your weight help plan for extra powerful food. attempt ham (or beef or chicken) with quinoa or brown rice. purchase some broccoli as a substitute of a salad. as a substitute of yogurt on a on an known basis foundation, why now now not some cheese? Gruyère is a competent substitute from cheddar - or maybe cottage cheese. in case you would be waiting to need to eat a sandwich, attempt changing the bread and condiments. Ever have a chicken and avocado sandwhich? delicious! attempt oatmeal, All-bran, muesli and categories of cereal with sparkling fruit on astounding (bananas are a given!). i'd rather attempt to determination your weight help plan, in spite of if if it rather is weekly or 2 circumstances a month (thinking which you purchase in bulk).
