After I've waxed my legs, these red bumps/dots appear and they don't go away until 1-2 wks after. Any tips/suggestions about what I should do? thanks in advance:)

i have the same thing, its cuz ur skin is sensitive, and if ur using cold wax strips stop! i use the regular wax that u use with ur hands, and it does not make any bumps only a lil red but its normal, also try when ur done take a lemon and rub it up and down it will sting, but when u wash it off ur legs will be softer and shiner

Hey girl! I want 2 be by the sea! instead I'm stuck in Chicago where it's like 20 degrees! N E ways, I'm in the business, so here's your advise. Either your wax is too hot, or your applying it too thick. Try getting a better brand from a beauty supply store, if your not already using a good one,or have it done professionally, to compare their technique to yours. good luck hon!

Yes, you can use a toner/astringent with a cotton ball and sort of rub all over to remove bumbs or redness. Also, your skin may just be sensitive and so it may be better to use an alternative.
