Penis enlargments rarely have positive results. Usually these medical precedures have something go wrong, or more often the gain is noticable and the scars left behind aren't worth the time money or pain.
Penis pumps and other methods are just as wastefull and until better technology comes about Im afraid the best solution is to be happy with what you've got.

I HAVE TRIED A PUMP.BUT I THINK IT'S NOT SAFE.BECAUSE IT COMPRESSED THE NERVES N BLOOD VESSELS OF THE PENIS.I EXPERIENCE LESS FREQUENCY OF ERECTION WHEN I TRIED IT.
NOW I'M EXERCISING.JUST TRY TO MAKE TENSE N ERECT WITH UR OWN MUSCLE.
