my girlfriend bought this car and it never had the cover for the fuse comp. under the dash. need correct amps in all spots and cant afford a book. no low beam headlights is the original problem, high beams work fine

you dont allow e-mails how am I supposed to send a diagram? its possible the headlight dimmer switch is bad ( multifunction switch) use a test light to check for power with the lights on at the headlight connector itself
