Is she very thin? Underweight women can stop having their periods.

there are many reasons that a woman can be late. one is early menopause. another one can be stress. if she is stressed out about something that alone can cause her period to be late. the other question would be has she always gone a long time between periods because some women just do. is she on birth control? that can be used to prolong periods as well. hope this helps :)

She seems to have an irregular period. The only way to regulate it is birth control. If she doesnt want to go the rout of birth control then u guys should use a condom so that she wont get pregnant. She can also try to do things that arre not stressful, it helps regulate it.

I have this problem as well, sometimes I will not have my period for months. I have been like this for ten years, and the doctors have not found anything wrong with me. Being on birth control pills helped to get me on a normal cycle.

Very athletic women also tend to have irregular cylces like that and be completely healthy. I would trust her doctor. But if you 2 do want a family someday, I would look into it further if I were you to see if there are some steps to make it more regular to promote the chances of a healthy reproductive cycle. Best of luck to the both of you.

sometimes stress can cause these things to happen--also, something real weird but true--if a bunch of girls spend a lot of time together, it seems that their menstral cycles start to change little by little until they are all having their menstral cycles very near each other. This happens a lot when girls are room-mates--this is common..She really is probably okay--use birth control or protection & you should not have to worry about it. Good Luck.

Hi there,
I'm a 15 year old boy but I think I can help you...The reason she's not getting pregnant is because maybe the sperms didn't reach the ovary for the past 2 times you see sperms don't know where their going they just move around untill they accidently reach the ovum and so on..keep on doing it untill they reach...second reason is maybe your wife has a problem in her vaginal opening or in the outer labea or somethin i dont know.

She could be stressed out about something, or herr diet can be affecting her cycle. She needs to relax, eat right and get enough rest and exercise. If this continues she needs to seek a second opinion because she could have a hormaonal imbalance or something more serious like fibroids, cysts or the beginnings of some type of cancer.

If she is very athletic/active she may not have regular cycles; or again, stress can affect this, or if she is very thin and/or anorexic, she will skip cycles.

I think she should go to a good gynocologist for a check up.

Congratulations on your engagement, and I applaud your concern for your fiance, and I doubly applaud you for not being pregnant before you're married.

Blessings,
cryllie

menopause? i know that sounds far fetched. but, some women do have menopause early. I've also heard that sometimes woman have very irregular periods and may skip 2 - 3 months at a time. she should consider getting on birth control which would help regulate her period.

Dude, most of us are not lucky enough to have a regular cycle, that's what the birth control pill is for..or she could have some serious blockage from cysts on one of her ovaries..
