If you can provide me the next three digits probabaly i may be in a position to help you. 91 relates to India 93 relates to reliance. the next three digits may indicate the place where the phone is registered.

91 is country code, its india, 93 may be reliance number. there is no directory for mobile. so its not possible to find. check with reliance web world.
