Dear "Painfullyaverage",
You obviously haven't watched all Chris Rock's stand-up. If you have, then you must'ved missed the 50 times in a row he refered to all whites as "crackas" and how he said he hates "them all". Quite frankly, I am not offended by this because I'm not as sensitive as many of you people who are making a huge issue over Kramer's oubursts......all I'm sayin is WHY DON'T IT WORK BOTH WAYS? Don't you get it?

When you put it that way, Yes. He should.

NO, he should not host the Oscars. There has been a lot said about Chris Rock using Rasist material, but this is a flawed argument. Richardson's comments were not about Race they were about persecution. His references were about Slavery and Lynchings. Imagine this, would Chris Rock or any other comedian stop a Jewish heckler by doing the goose step and refer to a better time when Gas Chambers were allowed? Would they refer to a better time when you could kill Jewish families at will. That would be on par with this. Chris Rock saing Cracker? Come on guys, Larry the Cable Guy says Cracker. This is so far beyond that I'm surprised that it even warrants conversation.

Chris Rock gets on everyone black white whatever you know what he is saying is just jokes, Kramer however went on a tirade you absolutely could tell without a doubt that he was serious. You are the one trying to be mad at the dude saying he wants to exterminate white folks yet you condone this ---GET REAL

wow.

for one, kramer would have been a terrible host before or after the tirade. he is unfunny without a script and does not improvise. why else do you think he had to resort to rascism when dealing with hecklers?

and secondly, rock is crazy and he makes fun of everyone. does that make what he says right? no. just that he doesn't make fun of one group more than the other. kramer just went off at one particular race.

chris rock isn't a racist, you jackass

i don't know why people keep picking on him. i've seen all his specials and i don't know what on EARTH you people are talking about. he talks bad more about black people than white people, and even then black people laugh. he's not out to offend people or be racist. he's friends with jerry seinfeld, how could he be a racist? that's like people saying howard stern is a racist when his co-host is a black woman. stupid!

He would make a great host! More power to you Kramer! Everyone else has their say, ie...Tom Cruise, Ellen, Chris Rock. I think he would do much better than any of the above. I doubt they will ask him with all the controversy surrounding him at the moment. The TV honcho's sure don't won't in the hot-seat.

M. Richards has something mentally wrong. It may have something to do with his lack of success after Sienfield
