Yeah! Me too. In fact I win them a few times a month. So do a lot of folks. Go to yahoo search and type in scam, fraud, lotto and lotto mail jackpot fraud and by clicking on the links, you can like watch the same party trying to send identical theft scams throughout the world. Hears a thought! I would NOT Answer nor give them any info i.e. Name, Address, ID etc!!! In the final analysis, I might only do so if I wanted to risk my computer hacked, my ID stolen, and likely help these folks to commit sins & crimes with and under my name. Of course under no circumstances would I do so, Still, that's just me. If you still believe what you have there is real than you could immediately ask a financial advisor, or better, an attorney and offer them a percentage on the basis its collectable and they cover all costs and risks. Also, it seems fair and logical to make sure they (the attorney/advisor) is insured or bonded and licensed! In the event you find that no attorney or financial advisor will touch the matter... you'll have a better clue & I'll trust you'll know what to do.
