to say. I try to stay on top of current events for conversation. Sometimes I feel the conversation turning personal, so how do you keep the conversation light and flowing with the boss at lunch time?

Depends on how often you go to lunch with your boss. Maybe you should bring other co-workers along so there is more opportunity for other conversation. This relieves a lot of pressure from you and places some on someone else. Additionally, if you are worried about it being too personal, then this would also make this a non-personal lunch and more of a group setting. By way of removing the one on one it removes the personal situation out.

Good luck!

Change the subject quick like :) After a few times he will get the hint. He may just be wanting to know you more, liking you as a true friend and a good employee.................if he is making eyes at you and keeps hitting on you, kick him in the nads under the table then threaten him with a 1/2 million dollar lawsuit :P

Mike :)
