read your notes aloud
rewrite your notes
make flash cards
don't cram; instead reread your notes after each class and then do a final recap before the test
eat something healthy and stimulating while studying (apples, celery and peanut butter)
take a short break or study a different subject when you need to
and always get a good nights sleep - its better to be rested and less prepared that way if there is something you are unsure of on the test you will be better able to figure it out with an awake mind

Open the applicable studay material and read, after you read, you review. Its really a new age concept that many today grasp at understanding. Apparantly, there are some who believe that the information in books is supposed to download into ones thoughts so all they have to do is take the test, and pass.
The only proven study method, is the one that works for you. If you ask 50 people, that's how many different answers you're going to get. Tailor your study habits to the results you're getting, that's the only true test of success in testing.
