Well I know you said not to say it... but seeing your OB for a pre-pregnancy visit is a great idea. It will give you reassurance that you are able to get pregnant & if not can start on some meds.
Otherwise I have know may woman whom had a hard time concieving that started taking a prenantal vitamin w/ at least 400 mg of folic acid to get pregnant within a month or 2, may be a councidance but is worth a shot. Also you may want to go away for a romantic weekend or even night I know so many woman that got pregnant, I think your stress leval is lower, and couples are bit more experimental, you know. Also, if you do that make sure it is on or a few days prior to ovulation. And try sex every other day as you actually retain more sperm in your body than sex every day.
Good Luck, it will happen

First of all, keep careful track of your cycle, so you know how long it is (avg is 28 days). Then when you period starts, get counting! Buy a Ovulation Kit for $30 and start testing per the instructions (I test day7-14 and surge on 11 or 12). Then do the "baby dance" after your test indicates you have surged. Good luck! Feel free to IM or email me as I am TTC too and constantly frustrated! (If I hear "just stop trying" one more time...)

Relax.... be sensual and enjoy being with your spouse. Forget about getting pregnant, keeping charts, etc. You are stressing yourself out.

Eat healthy, exercise, and make love sponatneously and often. I bet you get pregnant before your on year is up. :o)

In case I'm wrong, when that time comes, see your doctor.

Enjoy the intimate relationship instead of doing it with pregnancy on your minds. At the very least, it will be more fun and good for you relationship.

Best Wishes,

Sue ~ who got pregnant every time she had sex without birth control. I had the opposite problem and had to be SOOOOOO careful! LOL

If you already know when you ovulate than have sex six days before then two then on the ovulation day itself and two days after you have ovulated that can cover your ovulation period. And keep in mind that you can ovulate during you menstrual cycle, so do as others have said go purchase ovulation prediction kits and test your self first ofcourse try around normal ovulation day that's around 14day of your cycle.

good luck and hope you get preggo this month or next.

You are aware that to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

An over the counter fertility monitor is a good and inexpensive way to take control- even more reliable then the chart.

fertilityfriend.com is excellent. I finally conceived after 7 years of trying and the use of fertility meds. Don't give up, there are lots of options out there, just try not to get discouraged. Good luck and HAVE FUN.
